Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and required content on time. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information. Sharing of Information

Marketing Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing and lead generation results depend on multiple external factors. The Company does not guarantee:

• Number of leads

Vendor Promotions and Offers

The Company may promote vendors, shops, or service providers through campaigns and discount offers. The Company acts only as a marketing and promotional service provider and is not responsible for vendor disputes, product quality, pricing, or delivery issues.

Intellectual Property

All designs, creatives, campaigns, and marketing materials developed by the Company remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Orvesta Growth Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or third-party platform issues. The maximum liability of Orvesta Growth Private Limited shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
